ritual, blood, music ~ between new moon & autumn equinox
Hey y'all,
I've been pretty busy since my last letter, in the form of creating and teaching Archetypal Doors, my class about intuition and tarot.
That also meant that I've been pretty quiet on social media channels, because when I commit to something, I'm in 1000%. Mediocre, decent—those are not options for me. I'm here to create amazing.
And I'm happy to say that it has been, based on what participants have shared:
If you want to see more, you can follow #Archetypal Doors and #NuminousSpiral on FB and IG. There are a few posts, but I think that content will grow.
And if you didn't join the class, don't worry! One of the many things I learned is that I have enough content for 3 classes, if not more. The outtakes alone are an entire class. So if you want to dig into intuition and tarot, and eventually the connection of intuition and the flow state and tarot, stay tuned here.
In this liminal space between the recent new moon and the upcoming equinox, I did my ritual work, as usual. I'm usually reluctant to share it, but this was about the collective. I wanted to record it, and I posted a rough video. The next day, I found another small piece to add to it. And then I burned it.
In that same bonfire, I burned my very first vision board (not pictured here), made about 10 years ago. Holding space for visions and dreams fulfilled, new ones to emerge.
Today is also the first day in more than a year that I'm going to play music publicly, at a small, physically distanced, private event. It's different from anything I've done before, something that's been on my music wishlist for more than 5 years! I look forward to sharing more soon.
In the meantime, have a beautiful and safe equinox. The last part of this year is going to be intense. I hope you lean into your communities and keep taking care of each other. We have a lot of cultural context to deconstruct and build anew. This is a time to draw on your intuition—we are living in unprecedented times, so it's imperative not to rely on how things are usually done or solutions we already know. Let's make a better, kinder, more equitable and just world for everyone.
With you,
S.
