autumn update ~ crowdfundin’ ‘n fermentin’
Howdy.
This is a real quick update, before I drop into another round of deep work.
Running a Kickstarter campaign has been quite a journey. I've witnessed enough to know that before I started, but woweeeee, it's something. Highs and lows and constant surprises.
I'm delighted to report that the campaign has reached the funding goal! At a certain point I didn't think it would happen, and I was at peace with that. But I'm also really happy with how it's gone.
We're in the last couple days of the campaign, so if you want to back it, you're nearing your last chance.
Even during the Kickstarter, Sacred Fermentation is still happening. In a year, various people have chopped and sliced and shredded over 250 lbs of vegetables! Most of the donations have gone to single mothers.
I haven't shared as much about Sacred Fermentation because it's gained a patron, of sorts. Meaning that one person has expressed interest in participating in every round, so that's what we've done.
But I love fermenting, so if you're interested in participating, let me know and we can see what's possible.
Meanwhile, Kickstarter is counting these last couple days in hours. My mind is still thinking about the few days between now and Saturday morning, but Kickstarter is already down to the last 60 hours. Wheeeeee!
