what's stirring in midwinter
I used to dread the quietude of winter. It was always a bleak time.
Now, I recognize the shades and nuances of midwinter. Bleakness is one variation, and it's natural to feel it.
However, the more I slip into the gentle, underground stirrings of midwinter, the more it becomes a deeply nourishing time, when I plan and create.
Since my intention this year is to share more of what I love, and I'm excited to share that a LOT of things have been stirring.

FIRST:
Kinetic Intuition is here!
This is a workshop all about pendulum practice, something I've done every day for over 15 years. (No, really.)
Of all the divination practices I've explored, I find pendulum work to be illuminating and super accessible. I mean, the accessibility is what makes it easier to maintain.
Pendulum is simple, grounded practice. Some people find it too simple. But simplicity can be profound, of course, if you're willing to encounter it.
Another important part of pendulum work, as I practice it, is knowing its limitations. Some people think limitations are walls. But, at the risk of being trite, limitations can be doors, if you're willing to open them.
And so I ask you: Do you see limitations as portals?
I have plenty of examples as to why I do. At this point, I want to pose the question, without inserting any of my perspective yet.
I'll share some of my answers in the next love letter. In the meantime, don't go putting this in bridesmaid font on a meme, k?
I mention all of that because it's a big part of the workshop content. There are loads of pendulum workshops out there, but so far I haven't seen any that address this aspect. Exploring limitations as portals is a powerful way to practice with pendulums. (It's a pretty decent metaphor too!)

If you're more experienced, but you've never considered the limitations of the practice, then you'll have some things to learn.
It's taken me a while to decide how I want to teach this, and rather than limiting it to a single option, I created 2.

This workshop has pendulum instruction & practice + guided breathwork & meditation.
I've been practicing various forms of breathwork since I was 5. (No, really.) I find breathwork complimentary to everything—since we're breathing all the time—but I especially want to focus on it while exploring pendulum practice. No previous experience or expertise required
~ IN PERSON: Sunday, March 13th @ 4:00-7:00pm at a certain beloved monadnock
This workshop has pendulum instruction & practice + ramblin' 'round rocks, mindful walking, & sunset gazing.

NEXT –
I'm finally sharing work I've been doing for years, before Siderealchemy in its current form even existed. Part of my hesitation has come from the challenge in describing something unique to the small business owners and entrepreneurs who work with me.
But that's no reason to keep hiding. Just this afternoon, I was doing this exact work. I illuminated some connections for a someone who's been working to find alignment with her passion for change and the offerings of her business. She now has several new ideas to integrate into her work, and we can check in when she's ready to weave some new threads.
And, to be clear, I have *no* experience in her industry.
The best way I can describe it is that I have a certain alchemy with people who work with me. I crystallize holistic perspectives that show connections across disparate elements. And then their work becomes even more magical, aligned, and impactful.

I'm so super delighted excited to have another online sound journey just in time for spring equinox! The inspiration came to me last autumn, and I've spent the last several months creating the meditation and weaving all the layers together.
