aliging with spring equinox + Big News!
Happy spring equinox, from me and the redbuds outside! (And if you're in the southern hemisphere - happy autumn equinox!)
I'll start with the big news, which is that I just launched a class:
~ Soul Projects ~
a class for dreamers, doers, & visionaries
stuck in the muck yuck #%ckity #%ck
I don't need to share a lot here, because there's an entire page on my site dedicated to it, with all the registration info.
I do want to mention that the live sessions for Soul Projects start in about 3 weeks.
However, the class begins the moment you register—because the first module is self-study.
All the other details are on the page: https://www.siderealchemy.co/offerings
Just don't forget to scroll down here and grab your hefty discount code, as my way of saying thank you for having me in your inbox.
Moving on...
As you can imagine, I'll be sending more frequent emails in the next few weeks.
HOWEVER, that does *not* mean that you're going to be bombarded with sales pitches. I'm not going to send multiple emails a day or every day or even every other day. Nor will you be reading the same text, just with thesaurus variations.
One of the reasons I send these love letters is because I see each one as an opportunity to share something meaningful. So, even if you're not interested in registering for Soul Projects, I hope you'll continue to be here.
With that in mind, here's what I want to share for the equinox —
At my recent open house, one of the many wonderful questions was what energies to tune into right now, as so much is in flux. Vaccines are rolling out; places are opening up. And of course, spring is emerging. My recommendation is to attune something in your life to this inherent energy of spring: newness, pollination and fertilization, growth now visible.
In fact, I think spring is actually a far better time for new year's resolutions, if you're into resolutions. Spring provides natural momentum for efforts of any kind.
So, I encourage you to find something new or different to lean into. Maybe you work on shifting a bad habit. Or you introduce a new habit or ritual practice into your life. Whatever scale of the effort is fine; the magic here is in the timing.
My intentions:
~ 1 walking break every day, even if it's raining - that I walk at least 15 minutes. I have been waaaaay too sedentary in this pandemic.
~ Less social media scrolling, more creating and reflecting. I have a list posted of alternatives to scrolling: walking, meditating, playing piano, knitting, writing.
I would love to know what you want to have be supported by spring! Hit reply and let me know.
For those of you wanting to register for Soul Projects, that discount code is [redacted].
Again, I hope you'll stick around, regardless of whether you join the class. If not, I totally understand and wish you all the blessings! Go frolic and do all the grand things.
Springing forth,
S.
