So, the language geek in me really wanted to send this love letter yesterday, on 4/4.
I mean, I might as well be fully honest—I really wanted to send this email on 4/4, at 4:44.
But obviously, I did not.
Why?
Because my boundaries on time to rest are more important than gratifications to my language geekery. I believe in rest—I know I need rest—as a way to accomplish my goals.
Boundaries are how you determine time management, project management, and anything else you do.
Boundaries are, quite literally, the deal breakers.
If you hold the ones that are right for you, you'll thrive. If you constantly compromise what you really need, you will never succeed.
It really is that simple.
And like a lot of the deepest work you can do -
Boundaries are simple, but not easy.
Most often, I see people dig into boundaries by starting with boundaries. But boundaries have their own foundation, and that's some of the first work of Soul Projects, my class for dreamers, doers, & visionaries stuck in the muck yuck %&ckity %&ck.

~ spending time with your family
~ napping
~ gazing at nature
