sowing seeds of the selves I used to be...

This new moon, as I've been sowing the seeds of my intentions, one of my favorite quotes has been rattling LOUDLY in my head for several days:
 

"I have already lost touch with a couple of people I used to be."
 

Joan Didion wrote and published these words when she was younger than I am now. The older I get, the more it resonates.

And damn, if a pandemic isn't something to bring that experience into even sharper relief.

So I stay shedding.

And in the shedding, I'm also creating. Things are emerging. Things are taking form.

I wanted to share a preview, in the hopes that your feedback will guide which classes will be released next.

Here are abbreviated descriptions of what's in development:

~ Empirical Untruths : conversations to unpack the conditioning we take for granted

~ Writing from the Bones : a class exploring the craft, magic, power, & wisdom of a practice of words, including connections to intuitive, contemplative, & embodiment practices
